C# Blackjack Monte Carlo Simulator

Created a Blackjack game environment in C# to run Monte Carlo simulations across millions of hands. Used an MSSQL database to manage strategy matrices and simulated AI agents to test different play styles. Exported the game data to generate heatmaps and win-rate statistics.
